Defy & Hi Fi Corp Centurion

I bought a Defy Slimline 600SE Oven / Hob & Cookerhood from HiFi Corp Centurion Sunday 21 June 2020. It was all packaged & installed the Tuesday when we then saw that the Selectors on the oven some of the markings were already starting to come of or with another few good wipes will be gone. I called Nomsa at HiFi Corp who asked for photos which I send. I had to send to Defy as it was not clear to them but I even circled the selectors that is faulty for them. The oven is installed so I can not bring it to the store or they must remove & bring a new one and install it on their cost. I have not heard from Defy at all????? Other wise they need to arrange a refund so that I can arrange engraver to come and redo the selectors for me. Roosmarie Vorster ***
