Defy help
The white print on my defy oven has rubbed off so now it's useless as I cannot see which functions to use or what temperature I'm cooking on....🙈 the agents number I was given by Makro is never answered and the voice-mail box is full?

26 Jun 2022, 11:42So Defy tells me that my two year old oven is out of warranty.....I must pay almost R800 for someone to come and look at it and then for the parts needed.....what parts? It's the whole front of the oven? They are quite happy that I have said I will have to purchase a whole new oven and it WONT be a Defy...it is apparently my negligence when cleaning that caused this???? Really? I think that's unacceptable....poor quality is poor quality....well they would rather lose a customer than help....this oven is in perfect working condition, is very well taken care of, and after two years I can't use it as I cannot see the functions or temperatures...😢
