Defy have worst after sale service EVER..
I am very disappointed at the service am getting from Defy. I bought a front loader washing machine to which the lid cracked. I have been trying to get them to replace it for almost a year now with no luck, they keep on sending technicians to assess it and never provide feedback on they they will be fixing it.
