Defy have the worst service.
Seeing the average rating is 1.7 I shouldn't have bought one of their washing machines.
Ive had to buy another washing machine in the mean time because their after sales service is so poor. I've been waiting since Dec 2020 for parts and they even canceled one of my incidents because they didn't send a follow up email. Guess I can only hope to have it fixed so I can get rid of it.

07 Jun 2021, 20:54Thanks for the response and the phone call. As per the phone call today the repair/installation would be completed tomorrow (08/06/2021). I will update on the events again tomorrow evening.
