Defy has the worst service ever

This company has the worst services ever we are struggling from mid January to fix a oven. And defy does not do anything to help.

We got a oven and it is so hot that you burn yourself. they said it is because there is no fan in the oven and the oven needs more ventilation.... the installers came out and showed defy it is not the problem. but now we took the board off on top of the oven so there is enough room for ventilation. But still the nobs and the silver plates gets hot.

The thermostat was changed and still so hot.......

There was 3 technicians out. And still no service from defy

Defy said they will forward this query to defy..... 1 month and still no reply. How long should one wait to sort out your oven.......

I personally think that you should not get a defy model slimline if this is the service one gets.
