DEFY has the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

<p>Last week was Defy supposed to come and install new parts in my dishwasher and they never pitched. Yester day they called to make arrangement with me for today 21 July 2016 at 12H00. 10H00 the Defy technician called, he is at my house. I can not just take of from work. The is a reason people make appointments. I then told him no I can not go home now our arrangement was 12H00 then the technician said then he can not help me. What type of service is this? I must go according Defy's yes and no's. Defy has zero interest in their customers and has the worst service ever.</p>
