Defy has the worst customer service

I bought a fridge in 2019 at game store in Pretoria. A year later the fridge stopped working I then called game which they said I should communicate with Defy. I called defy which they took almost 5 months to get back to me, the send a technician from Latagan and Van biljon to came and look at it. The technician filled the fridge with gas and it started working again after I have told the I no longer want the fridge. Last 2023 the fridge stopped working again I called them and they send I think 2 or 3 technician, no the fridge is making funny noise and stopped working.
