DEFY has the worst customer and after sales service
I purchased a DEFY washing machine in Feb 2021 .On January 18 2022 we logged a complaint that the machine is extremely noisy when it spin dries .The technician only came out on the 04th of February and said the shocks on the machine need to replaced .To date (07th March ) we have still not received any feedback , the customer service department cannot give us any feedback or timeline as to when it will be fixed ..worst service ever !! R7800 later , i will never buy another DEFY product again and have completely lost confidence in the brand !!
