Defy has the laziest staff ever!

On Friday, 23Aug, 2019 I tried to phone Defy Sales Office and Service Centre in 135 Teakwood Rd, Jacobs, Durban, 4052 When you contact their national number *** it takes you to an unknown call center. When You contact their landline ***/4 and press 1 for parts the phone keeps on ringing forever. When you press 2 for the reception the phone gets disconnected.

So I decided to drive all the way from Ballito to Defy Sales Office and Service Centre in 135 Teakwood Rd, Jacobs, Durban, 4052 from Ballito to collect parts.

When I arrived at Defy Sales Office and Service Centre, front desk, I contacted the same number *** and pressed 1 for parts. I could hear the phone ringing while I was chatting with the saleslady. The other guy was busy chatting to a security guy. When I asked her why is nobody answering the phone she said that it is not their job!

Defy, fire these people immediately!
