Defy has bad quality stoves

Since we bought our defy stove it has been giving us problems on problems. I wish i when with another brand stove instead. We have the stove for 2 years and i think the defy technician was at our home more that 6 times in this two years to attend to a fault on the oven. This time its the timer of the oven that as replace a month ago and the new timer i can barely hear standing infront of the oven with the old timer i could her it in the next room when it goes off.
