Defy has bad after sales service.

Defy is the worst product. I bought a fridge tgar has a 5 year guarantee. The fridge broke now after 1 year and some months. I'm waiting now 2 weeks for defy to send out a technician to assess the problem. My food stuff have all gone bad and I has to throw it away I haven't even received a call from them. I had to call them every time. It's eid now and I don't have a fridge.
