Defy has 0% customer service

My job no *** still awaiting for defy to give me feedback regarding the replacement of my moto for my washing machine till today they haven't responded to me and this is the 2nd time I am on hello Peter and they still haven't bothered replying back to me. I have ended up getting my lawyers involved because they just don't take me serious.
