Defy Guaranteed Getaway promotion....Con?????

<p>I recently bought a Defy 10kg washing machine which was promised to come with a guaranteed getaway. I followed all the steps to redeem my holiday. After more than a month I have received no response. My first requested date was for 10 - 14 October 2016 which has now passed. I phoned the TLC helpine countless times and spoke to a guy named Tseko who promised on numerous occasions to return my calls and come back with a response but failed to do so. I am appalled by the service and promises made by Defy and that they would let their reputation be ruined like this. I expect a response within 24 hours and if not so, I expect Defy to take their washing machine and refund my money or to confirm my booking for the holiday as promised. If this is not done I will be forced to take this up legally. I also expect to be compensated for all my effort and airtime wasted on phoning their useless TLC promotions helpine and holding on for 15 minutes + without even speaking to a consultant. I am very disturbed by the treatment I have received and I will never buy a Defy product again! I wonder if this promotion is even real or just a con to make people buy their products......</p>
