DEFY GUARANTEED GETAWAY IS ****

<p>i bought a defy washing machine at makro and was promised a guaranteed getaway from defy, i have submitted all request documents on 16/11/2016, i was advised that defy will take 10 working days which has passed to get back to me and confirm my booking. Today 05/12/2016 i was still not provided with any feedback, for a couple of days now everyday i call defy and wait for the next available agent and eventually after more then a hour i give up and hang up the phone with regret that i fell for this **** as it now seems more and more that i wont be getting my holiday. i need to get answers from them and im not getting assistance </p>
