DEFY GUARANTEED GETAWAY COMPETITION

<p>I bought a DEFY washing machine at Game Stores in Cape Town. I had won a Midweek break in South Africa for 4 people. </p> <p> </p> <p>I had read all of the terms and conditions and followed all of the necessary steps to confirm my booking. I have been waiting on my booking confirmation since November 2016. I have called and sent emails on several occasions without any response or feedback. </p> <p> </p> <p>The TLC PROMOTIONS who handle the campaign have been helpful, responding via email and phone calls up until the point when they actually have to confirm your booking. That is when they become ghosts. It has been more than a month since I sent in my final booking form and they have not responded as yet. </p>
