Defy- Great Disappointment!!!!

It is with great dissappointment that i write about my experience regarding Defy. I have purchased a free standing fridge and freezer that is faulty since a week after having it. I purchased it at A A wholesalers in Lenasia. I have reported it to them in the first week of Jan2019 and ro date i am still waiting dor someone to contact me from Defy. I have spent a huge amount on tje purchase only to find that this is what Defy is all about. 5 year waranty!!!!! I dont think so! I am going to greater social media exposing them! People need to be aware of what is going on and more wise when making appliance purchases from Defy!
