Defy Glass hob

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding your defy glass hob.

I bought the hob at Makro on the 6th February, the hob is cracked bcz of the heat.. There was definitely no impact on the glass, instead this happened while I was cooking samp which obviously takes long to cook.

I took in the hob to Makro and I'm being told that the glass hob does not fall under warranty. My question is why do u manufacture a glass hob which easily gets cracked by the heat, there's definitely something wrong with your product. As I was taking in my hob, I found a customer there also complaining about the same thing.

You clearly do not care of what happens to the product after customers buy it. You have so many complaints regarding the same hob on Social media and yet your doing absolutely nothing about this.

Rather stop manufacturing this product because it is not of good quality.
