Defy getaway ****

<p>I purchased a washer/dryer combo in December and entered the defy guaranteed getaway promotion, I did receive feedback from tlc rewards stating the resort options, however it was not the same as advertised on the website. The list that they sent me was really short and did not include all the destinations. I did choose 3 options as requested and they rep**** saying that they will confirm availability and come back to me. I've tried mailing them and calling them ever since but no luck, I now feel like this was a **** as they are wasting my time and effort. Big companies should not make offers that they can't fulfill, really makes them look unprofessional.</p>
