Defy Getaway Promotions - USELESS PROMISE

<p>I purchased a defy washing machine in October. I called TLC Promotions and registered for the holiday. I submitted everything they asked for and im still waiting for a response for my booking.</p> <p>I called on numerous occasions, had to hold on for almost 20 minutes at a time and still got no joy.</p> <p>I dont know how DEFYcan get such a useless company to handle this promotion. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and Defy's empty promise of a guaranteed getaway. Further to that the voucher they give you when you buy the product, says 'mid-week break in south africa for 4 people' but when i called TLC promotions, they only gave me selected places in KZN. Is this promotion a absolute GIMMICK? What kind of customer service is this?</p>
