Defy Getaway Promotion

<p>We have bought a Defy washing machine around August at Game stores Southgate mall which came with scartch card that has a guaranteed getaway trip to destinations within South Africa. We follow the instuctions and were sent forms to fill, we completed the forms and sent them back with the proof of purchase attached. We have been receiving automated responses and when we call the number we never get through. We even tried calling the number provided by Defy on their facebook page and still no response. Since October 2016 til to date we have not received our confirmation as promised. </p>
