Defy Getaway

<p>on 2 December 2016 I subbmitted my documents for the Defy getaway to their marketing team TLC. I go a reply stating that they would reply within 5-10 working days. have sent so many follow emails to them and no response regarding my holiday yet.. which would have come and gone already. i would have bought Samsung instead of Defy if i knew that this was a marketing scheme. i believe that i have grounds on returning the washing machine as i bought this machine after the sales agent made me believe that i was getting a free paid holiday!!!!!!! </p>
