Defy Getaway

<p><br /> Hello Peter.</p> <p> </p> <p>In November I bought a Washing Machine from Defy. With this Washing Machine you get a free Getaway for 4 people for 4 nights. The day I bought my Washing Machine I received a Unique Code. So I called Defy to claim my Prize. They send me an email with a Form to complete and to choose where I can stay in South Africa. I completed the form and send it back to them the same day. So two weeks went by and I did not receive one phone call from them. One day I phoned them to hear what is going on. The phone just rang. Eventually someone picked up. And they said they are still waiting for the Availability list and that will be available the end of November.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the beginning of December I phoned to hear if they received the Availability list. Again I did not got hold of them. The second day I tired for the 15th time they told me it will be available the end of December.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the beginning of January I called again and they told me they will send it to me the following week. So the following week came and I called and again I could not get hold of them. When they answered eventually they said they did not receive the Availability list.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the T & C of the Getaway Promotion it says that you have to indicate when and where you want to go on vacation and that information must be given in before the 31of January. How can you say when and where you want to go if they do not provide you with the availability list? They do not answer my calls or my emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not call since January.
