defy getaway

<p>Hi. I bought a defy washing machine in November 2016 from game stores in Cresta. This came with the getaway promotion. I followed all instructions to do with the unique code given and submitted all forms on the 13 of January 2017. I received an automatic message saying that my email has been received. I tried following up on my holiday today the 23rd January and it hoes to an automatic message saying someone will be with me but no one answers. A cell phone number is also given but goes straight to voicemail. I have tried these numbers in December as well but thought due to the holidays the offices are closed but now see that this is not the case. I am extremely dissapointed and angry with defy. This was supposedly a guaranteed getaway from them! I planned my leave and holiday thinking i was getting a free 4 night stay.</p>
