Defy Fridges - Poor workmanship

I purchased a Defy DAC 670 Frost free combi fridge a week ago from a reputable retailer. The 1st fridge had a deep visible dent right in the front. It was replaced with a second fridge, that also had multiple dents at the front, back and side. It was collected and replaced with a 3rd fridge. This fridge has completely shocked me. Some dents on the outside which I can live with. But the inside, looks terrible. Multiple dents on the top, side. Scratches here and there. The light fitting loose. And after 4 hours the fridge is not as cold as the 2nd one was. The light is also so dim compared to the 2nd fridge. This has completely put me off Defy. I am calling the retailer 2moro for a full refund. Had enough and no working fridge for the last week. Terrible.
