Defy Fridges are not fridges

We bought a Defy fridge from Makro in December 2020, and when we returned from holiday in January we realized that even though we had the fridge on the lowest setting, the items in the fridge were cool but nor cold. We contacted Defy over and over , they kept sending technicians which didn't know how to work with the fridge, asked to speak to management no one ever gave us feedback, to finally today (June) them telling us, the fridge is perfectly fine and is doing what it's supposed to do. So in other words, a defy fridge is not a fridge but a cooler. I will never buy another Defy fridge again in my life and their service and customer service is absolutely ridiculous.
