Defy Fridge/freezer door not closing

Just took delivery of a Defy 364L Fridge/Freezer. We installed it in place, I was forces to replace the plug because the only space in the kitchen required the plug to connect in a cupboard. The fridge seems to work ok but the fridge door does not shut properly and needs to be physically pushed shut. The water dispenser is very difficult to fill but thats on me. The door is a huge issue.
