Defy fridge- zero customer service

Absolutely zero customer service!! We reported our fridge that is not working and completely rusted after only 4 years. A technician was sent out and said he needs to send a report to Defy and wait for them. It’s been a month and we would still have heard nothing if we hadn’t have followed up. The store we complained at says there is a long list of unhappy Defy customers waiting on repairs, which is concerning. They are now saying they will collect our fridge and give us a loan fridge but after reading all of these comments I’m concerned how long it will take to get our fridge back.
