Defy fridge - yearly maintenance

I bought Defy side by side fridge in 2018 Nov 11. The fridge needs repairs yearly. Last repair was done last year and I got promised at least 5 year no problem fridge. The fridge is not working again today. Customer service is very bad, the Call Centre not trained to talk to customers. My issue now is fridge will come out of warranty and coming years I need to service this fridge yearly. I need Defy to replace this fridge. there is definite fault with this.
