Defy Fridge - technicians bypass gas - modified parts

I bought Defy side by side fridge in 2018 Nov 11. The fridge is repaired yearly. Last repair was done last year and I got promised at least 5 year no problem fridge. The fridge is not working again today. I informed my insurance as I know I'm out of Guarantee. They checked the Fridge and they found out that DEFY Technicians were not fixing the Fridge properly.

Report from my insurance: I was given modified Compressor and it was fitted to bypass gas leak. The leak was not correctly detected and sealed and gas leaked out.

Fridge was not fixed correctly hence yearly fixes and now I'm out of guarantee even my insurance is not assisting.

I need Defy to properly fix my fix, I have lost month worth of food. My fridge is not working again due to *********** technicians who provide second hand parts. Highly disappointed.
