Defy fridge replacement
I cant believe that i have had to wait since march to receive a replacement fridge after it was their product that was faulty!!!! Every time i phone i get told it will be looked at! Nobody phones or let's me know what is happening!!!!!! I had to buy a replacement fridge at my own expense since i was desperate for a fridge. I will never buy defy products again.

21 Jan 2021, 09:04Last week i eventually got phoned to say that they had tracked down the replacement fridge and would be sending it to me. I was then told that i had to fetch it at a shop they would not drop it at my house. After fetching the fridge we saw the box was covered in bird poo and when the box was removed i saw that the fridge was damaged and could not be used. I no have 2 broken fridges in my small place and defy will not help me. They just say they waiting for advice on what to do! This is really pathetic and useless service!!!!!!!
