DEFY Fridge - Repeated failure with No Solution

So I have this double door fridge/freezer, and purchased it from HIFI CO. I was offered the 2 year warranty for a small value and I took it. since the purchase of this fridge, we have had technicians come home to fix the thing EVERY six months!. and everytime the technician comes, he says it the last time and that the fridge will not give me problems again, and 2 years is almost up and guess what - fridge not working again!. Defy is a name brand that has been with SA for generations. since when do you guys make a **** product? So, can you advise, that's once its fixed, who is gong to pay for the next repair? seriously not happy with your product or your repeated failure to resolve the issue at hand. you should just take your fridge back and I will go get a Samsung. Even Hifi Co is frustrated with this situation.
