Defy fridge repeat failures

We purchased an expensive 2 door side by side Defy fridge 3 years ago. In the first year, the fridge was replaced twice. Since last year September it has acted up again and getting support has been a nightmare. The repair centre in Durban tried to repair by changing a whole lot of parts with no success. I contacted the factory and a factory representative came out and 'rectified ' the errors the initial repair team failed to complete. The fridge worked for about a month thereafter and now the problems are back. Clearly we have purchased a dud product from Defy. The continuous failure not only costs us money by throwing away spoilt food but also puts out lives at risk with spoilt food. Sadly Defy cant fix the issues.....
