Defy fridge piece of junk

I bought a Deft side by side fridge and freezer in March 2024, this is my third query logged wiht Defy this year for the same fridge. The fridge is loud when it suppose to silent. The motor makes a load sound that echoes through my home. I logged a call in November technician came out and few days later the fridge is making the same noise. I logged a new call on 20 December, no call or feedback from Defy. How is a brand new fridge making such a loud noise.
