Defy fridge not cooling and compressor runs 24h per day, and service personell not technically up to standard.

My new Defy fridge freezer that I received on 8 Dec 2023 runs 24 hrs a day and never reaches set point. Best I have seen is 9⁰C on a cool day but normally its at 14⁰C or above. Technician says its now made in Turkey and its not good quality anymore and the job number is ***. Food must be kept below 5⁰C to avoid food poisoning. Defy advertise its energy rating at A+. If it runs all day and never reaches set point this is false advertising. It will use more than ****Wh per year against their claim of 254kWh per year and still not cool anything to fridge temperature.. I have now switched it off as it is only wasting my electricity and cools nothing. The service support came, took pictures twice and say they find nothing wrong with the fridge but they do nothing to get the fridge tempeature down to 5⁰C or less. It is also rocking on its base and I must put a 30mm spacer below the one corner to level it out. I always had great trust in Defy equipment, but after this purchase I am very disappointed.
