DEFY FRIDGE FROM NU-HOME eMALAHLENI! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I bought a Defy fridge from Nu Home eMalahleni in July this year. From the time i had the fridge delivered i've always had a water leak from the water dispenser. I reported back to the store that i had issues with the fridge under the 5years warranty policy. To this day i have been sent 2 different technicians 5 times already, who either make the situation worse or better but never fixing the problems!!! I am so frustrated, R8500 later i'm stuck with a constant reminder that i bought a fridge that can not be fixed by it's manufactures. I constantly have to wipe water dripping down from the dispenser. The first technician after 4 attempts that includes changing the water dispenser motor, the slim tank, the rubber seals and many times giving me instructions to pour hot water to the dispenser in order to expand the seals; he then suggests that he'll come to take the whole fridge door! That is ridiculous!!! I've had it and i want nothing to do with this fridge. Either change it to a different fridge or give me my money back! I spoke to Themba who has a rank in the technical field, he was meant to call me back in a few minutes, weeks later i still haven't heard from him. Pathetic!!!
