Defy fridge fans noisy and blades breaking of fans
Good day we have a fridge freezer that cost a bit of money from defy the item was bought at makro we have been using it for about 17 months and the fans are starting to make these loud sounds both in the fridge and freezer the blade in the freezer actually broke and they had a defy repair guy come fix it now correct me if I’m wrong clearly something is wrong with this fridge having a repair done so early means prob down the way I will have to pay to fix it I feel that this is unacceptable after 17 months I have mailed them and no response as yet on how we going to resolve this def won’t recommend or buy there products in the future if this is the quality you get I don’t want repairs I want replace

14 Sept 2021, 14:58Thanks so much I have spoken to your rep and they will be making arrangements to come do yet another repair on the fans on our fridge this would be the third time this gets done the last time it was with in a space of 2 weeks the job number for this was *** the tech that came last time said we would have to log yet another repair I’m just not seeing the 17 months of use and having these issues what am I gonna be stuck with 4 years down the line
