Defy fridge endless problem before and after replacement

<p>I bought fridge from makro stores on 10 april 2015 .I called service center reported the fault.the fridge was not cooling and full of ants in fridge.the technician saying nothing wrong with fridge. Then senior technician came out, saying no fault, then another technician came out replacement of another fridge on 4 June 2016 ,again the fridge dose same thing and full ants and food keeps getting spoiled.Every time technician comes out honestly he can not fix it and gives exuses, I am honestly tired of defy fridge, the fridge I purchased is factory fault,either they replace me with another model or refund me.</p>
