Defy fridge doesn't work again

Here today I write a disappointment of my engagement with defy and game stores. In 2017 I had purchased a defy dooble door fridge dff419. This product is still being sold to customers at their stores Game. It's very sad that they have not taken my plight sincerely. Today after years and months sending in my fridge for service and the fridge and freezer does not cool. I have been emailing and phoning them none stop. To no avail no response only to be told its escalated the matter. But I ask you. How can a family survive with no fridge. I, as a customer put my faith in defy and Game stores only to be sold a faulty product. I can't fathom the amount of times I was sick due to food poisoning of a fridge with fluctuating temperature when it comes to food storage. I'm utterly fedup. Paying 11000 for a product u expect the best. My parents have an LG fridge that has lasted them 20 years and not even accumulates to the price of the defy fridge I purchased. If anyone reads this and if it does make some impact where I can some compensation I will gladly thank game or defy. Defy doesn't even work on your fridge they outsource it to timber star trading. How pathetic is that. I would not advise anyone to buy products from game and defy. They proved they are very ***********
