Defy Customer service it's very poor bought the 27th June 2020 ,Fridge started to give us problems on the 23rd of December 2020 lodged a complain at Fair Price Koma rd on the 26th December 2020 Assisted by Sales manager Zolani whom he lodged a call on the 28th December 2020 for Technician to call out & attend to it!Job number #*** even now no Technician contacted me to attend to the fridge "my products are off now in this festive season with financial dificulties we are facing due to this covid 19....Pls assistance needed asap!
