Purchased a new Defy fridge, delivered with a dent on door. After reporting, no communication from defy.

14 Mar 2024, 09:20Dear cct defy, I have firstly contacted the retailer who referred the issue to you. A technician was sent and a call logged. A few weeks have passed and Nothing has beed sorted. Evertime I call, I'm being told the matter will be escalated.
