Defy Fridge

I purchased a defy fridge (single door with a water dispenser) last year from Bradlows. From January this year the fridge begun leaking , inside the water began to collect and most of my food products started getting spoilt. I called bradlows and they sent a techniction from Defy to report and give defy feedback. That was in January, it is now going March and after 5/6 calls to both bradlows and defy, the response remains the same "we are out of stock and will call you by the end of the week when stock arrives." I am honestly disappointed and disgusted with the way defy treats their customers and will never purchase a defy product again
