Defy Fridge

I Bought a defy fridge that is still underb warrantly i had so many issues with it for the past year then recently they realise that the fridge is faulty after a year now the current fridge does not work at all and i dont have anywhere to store my food at i was promised to receive a new fridge 7days ago but still nothing i am tortured i dont know what going on as i am ignored yoooo never again buy any appliances from defy service is horrible
