Defy freezers

I purchased a freezer from a store. From inception our freezer had a problem. Three technicians including a senior tech came in to check thd freezer. It's now going almost three years and thd freezer still not sorted out. I called and complained again. Another technician came out and exclaimed that thd freezer is on too high, advised to put on no 3. All our stuff are now t****d out. This freezer is faulty but DEFY are not willing to compromise. The 5 year guarantee has not been fulfilled. I will never buy another defy freezer again.
