Defy Freeze still not fixed, going onto 4 months

<p>Been over 3 months to repair freeze, DEFY had it for 2 weeks and issue still not resolved. Freeze back with defy, still not feedback received ***.</p> <p> </p> <p>Past fustration now. Going onto 4 months now.</p> <p> </p> <p>The conpressor was changed made things worse, requested for the old compressor to be put back, they said they will test old compressor and let me know if there is any issues. No feedback received, re-gased a few times now, leak fixed but made no diffrence. Requested report on what was done when it went in to Defy to get fixed but no one knows what happened. According to Management the freeze was working on site before they delivered it back to me. So why when I get it back the the same issue still persists.</p> <p> </p> <p>They promised they will keep me inform on the progress made to fix the freeze but no feedback received.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked to chat to the big boss there but after leaving messages with the secretary to contact me back, but have not received a call back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Look like they to busy to care about they clients.</p>
