Defy faulty touchpad

I bought a microwave in 2018, the touchpad broke real soon, defy repaird it, it broke again, defy repaird it, no problem with that, now it broke again, and because it is out of warentee they do not want to repair it. I would understand if something else breaks, but it is the same faulty touchpad. NO NO NO
