Defy False Warranty

It took me over a month of calling, Hellopeter reports and facebook reports. I've dealt with all thier lies and false promises. Finally someone came to check my machine. The guy said he needs a part and will be back in less than a week. It's now been a month. Haven't heard a thing from him, not even a follow up from Defy. Absolute junk service. Almost as ******* as the products they sell and the false warranty they advertise.
