Defy FAIL!

<p>i bought a defy washing machine and within a year it has broken. Its been in and out of the workshop for 3 months now and they just cant seem to get it right. It keeps breaking after repairs and i am still without my machine. Trying to get hold of a manager is like pulling teeth and the customer service in Cape Town is absolutely shocking.</p> <p> </p>
