Defy extended warranty registration not working

I tried to do the online warranty registration as instructed in the manual of the defy fridge that I recently purchased. The warranty registration function is inactive on the website www.defy.co.za

I contacted defy and was informed "To register an appliance for the extended warranty, the customer needs to go to: https://mydefy.co.za/ (Not www.defy.coza)" This address does not allow registration.

I queried with Defy again and was told to use link https://www.defy.co.za/Product-Warranty-Registration

Even this does not work.

Defy, please advise how to register the extended warranty
