DEFY exactly DEFY THAT BRAND QUALITY IS *******

Pathetic despicable poor service dont ever buy a Defy product remember this you can since Monday 10 December 2018 till today no call except for one to say some senior staff member will call soon to resolve the issue and now its 19:40 on Wednesday 12 December still no call. The freezer was replaced by the supplier to a better brand and that is why DEFY is not getting back to me. A brand new unit only 7 months old that has a 5 yr warranty compressor that packed up and yet they choose to fix this ******* brand instead of replacing it and by the way the warranty is only 6 months because that's what I was told by the service centre that if the unit is under 6 months then only they replace but they pick it up send an invoice stating that they replaced the compressor and it back working worst than a fridge and I had to throw out food because it had spoilt so do me a favour people dont ever buy Defy you can never RELY on them or their pathetic service
