Defy equals poor service, Poor quality

Defy service is absolutely pathetic. Trying to get them to respond to a complaint is near impossible, even after using their message service. Very frustrating after they have got your money. I bought a Deft Slimline stove which is of very poor quality, very poor design and very dangerous to operate. There is definitely a problem with the design as the oven heats up tremendously due to poor exhaust ventilation, so much so that the steam and heat when opening the oven door burned my wife's face. The previous design and build quality was much better. The designer team of this model are idiots. Now I'm waiting for a replacement which i was promised and no response. Still waiting. Don't know if this is a **** as there is no service thereafter. Defy equals poor design, poor quality and poor service. Big mistake.
